AAK Kakinada Kakinada About The Role this role responsible to handle warehouse day to day stocks received from Packaging operations / Cold room and Logistic activities / dispatches of Finished Goods trucks to different destinations. Handing finished goods warehouse at plant , ensure EHS/food safety /Legal compliance/ dealing with all Key stake holder internal as well as external. : Responsible for Procurement of Packaging category. Exploring the new areas to digitize the procurement function in consultation with hierarchy. Floating enquiries to vendors and follow-up calls for obtaining the quotes. Preparing internal costing for the requirement & commercial comparison. Negotiation with vendors in consultation with team lead Getting approvals as per DOA. Making Purchase/Work Orders Follow -up with vendors, transporters for ordered material. Analyzing the purchase data and preparing the MIS for purchase function. About You Graduate /Post Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Production) / MBA Minimum 6-8 Years of Experience in the field of Procurement Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques Good negotiation and networking skill Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers Experience in collecting and analyzing data Hands-on experience in SAP and Microsoft office.
