Handle daily warehouse operations: inward, GRN, putaway, picking, packing & dispatch
Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately
Maintain inventory accuracy & cycle counts
Coordinate with logistics & customer support teams
Prepare basic reports in Excel (stock, aging, dispatch, returns)
Ensure SOP compliance and process discipline
