Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Oversee daily inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate records. Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks. Manage stock rotation to prevent product expiration or damage. Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile inventory records.

Warehouse Operations:

Manage and optimize warehouse layout and storage strategies to maximize space utilization. Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, training, and performance evaluation. Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards and regulations. Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities. Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.

Shipping and Receiving:

Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Manage the loading and unloading of trucks and other vehicles. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries. Resolve any shipping or receiving issues that may arise.

Quality Control:

Implement quality control measures to maintain product integrity. Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and damage. Identify and address quality issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

2-4 years of warehouse experience, preferably in FMCG/logistics. Proficiency in inventory management, MS Excel, and ERP/WMS systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
