Job Description
Manage the entire warehouse/logistics operations and handling courier partners/service providers from shipment receipts to order management, picking, and Inventory management to order fulfilment. To ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines. - Preparing DSR/DR (Daily Sales Report/Dispatch Report) & RTO (Return to Origin) Report. Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases Leadership skills and ability manage staff Strong decision making and problem solving skills
