We are looking for an experienced

Warehouse Executive

with a strong background in pharmaceutical warehousing and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, handling, and documentation of pharmaceutical goods in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching pharmaceutical products. Ensure proper documentation as per GMP/GDP guidelines. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and maintain accurate stock records. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical warehousing standards, temperature control, and product integrity. Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth workflow. Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines. Handle damaged, expired, or near-expiry stock as per SOPs. Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization. Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock movement and warehouse performance. Assist with internal and external audits.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably science or logistics).

3-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehousing

or related roles. Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP, FEFO/FIFO practices. Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
