Role & responsibilities

The Warehouse Executive - Inbound is responsible for managing and overseeing all inbound logistics activities, including receiving, inspecting, and stocking of goods. This role ensures efficient handling of incoming shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of warehouse operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in inbound logistics.

Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.

Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in warehouse management.

Physical ability to lift and move goods as needed.
