We are looking for a proactive

Warehouse Executive

to manage daily warehouse operations in a cold chain environment. The role involves inventory control, temperature compliance, coordination with transport teams, and ensuring safe and efficient storage and dispatch of temperature-sensitive products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including

inward, storage, picking, and dispatch

Ensure

temperature-controlled storage

as per product and regulatory requirements Monitor and maintain

cold room temperature logs

and warehouse hygiene standards Handle

inventory management

, stock reconciliation, and FIFO/FEFO compliance Coordinate with

transportation and logistics teams

for timely dispatch Ensure

proper documentation

(GRN, delivery challans, invoices, stock reports) Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and helpers Follow

safety, quality, and compliance standards

(food/pharma safety if applicable) Report damages, shortages, and deviations to management * Support audits and inspections
