Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Warehouse Dispatch Executive

to manage daily warehouse operations, including order dispatch, marketplace return handling, inventory management, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be experienced with

Uniware

and proficient in

Excel

, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Dispatch Management:

Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders across marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.) and D2C (Shopify and other platforms). Coordinate with courier partners for pickup and delivery.

Marketplace Return Handling in Uniware:

Process returns from marketplaces using

Uniware

. File return claims on marketplace panels like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. Follow up on return claims to ensure resolution and credit recovery.

Handling D2C Returns:

Manage returns from

Shopify and other D2C channels

. Inspect returned items and process refunds or exchanges as required.

Inbound & Inventory Management in Uniware:

Manage inbound stock entries in

Uniware

. Ensure accurate recording of stock receipts and returns. Conduct

monthly inventory counts

and reconcile stock discrepancies.

Order & Return MIS Reporting:

Create and maintain

MIS reports

for orders, returns, and claims. Provide actionable insights from reports to improve warehouse efficiency.

Excel Reporting & Analysis:

Use

advanced Excel functions

such as

VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, Pivot Tables

, etc., for data analysis. Generate reports to track warehouse performance and return trends.

Warehouse Operations & Process Improvement:

Assist in optimizing warehouse processes to improve productivity. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

1-3 years in warehouse/dispatch operations, preferably in an e-commerce setup.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

Uniware

,

Excel

, and handling marketplace panels (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).

Analytical Skills:

Ability to create and interpret

MIS reports

and perform

data analysis

using Excel.

Attention to Detail:

Strong focus on accuracy in dispatch, returns, and reporting.

Communication Skills:

Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in

inventory management systems

. Knowledge of

return policies and claim processes

for major marketplaces. Familiarity with

D2C platforms like Shopify
