to efficiently manage day-to-day backend operations including
billing, inventory management, inward/outward material tracking, and system-based documentation.
The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth functioning of the kitchen and warehouse through timely data entry, stock monitoring, and coordination with purchase and store teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
billing, GRNs (Goods Received Notes), and vendor invoice entries
accurately on system/software.
Maintain and update
daily inventory records
-- raw materials, semi-prepared, and packaging items.
Conduct
daily physical stock checks
and reconcile with system reports.
Track and report
stock variances, wastages, and returns
to management.
Assist in
indent generation
for stores and coordinate with purchase for replenishment.
Maintain inward/outward registers for material movement.
Support
monthly stock audits
and documentation.
Ensure all
system entries and records are updated on time
for accurate MIS reporting.
Coordinate with kitchen and dispatch teams for
smooth operations and order accuracy.
Prepare
basic Excel reports
(consumption, inventory, daily summary) for management review.
Ensure proper
hygiene and compliance
in the warehouse and storage area.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma holder (Commerce or related field preferred).
Proficient in MS Excel
.
Basic knowledge of
inventory or billing software
(POS, ERP, or Tally preferred).
1-2 years of experience in
kitchen, warehouse, or F&B backend operations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments.
Punctual, reliable, and process-oriented.
