Coordinate receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance and foster a collaborative work environment. Inventory Control: Implement inventory management strategies to monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and minimize discrepancies. Ensure proper handling of goods, compliance with safety protocols, and adherence to regulatory standards. Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance warehouse productivity, streamline workflows, and reduce operational costs. Collaboration: Liaise effectively with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and sales to facilitate seamless coordination and meet customer demands efficiently. Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor\'s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience of 2 years in warehouse operations or a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
