Key Responsibilities Warehouse Executive
Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including
receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Ensure proper storage of
agrochemicals and seeds
as per temperature, humidity, and safety norms
Maintain
batch-wise, lot-wise, and expiry-date tracking
Maintain accurate
stock records
Conduct regular
stock audits
Monitor slow-moving, damaged, or expired materials and report discrepancies
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for stock planning
Ensure compliance with
agrochemical storage regulations

Handle hazardous materials carefully and ensure safe disposal procedures
Prepare and maintain
delivery challans, stock registers, and dispatch documents
Generate daily/weekly inventory and dispatch reports
Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and deliver
Supervise warehouse helpers and loaders
Coordinate with transporters, auditors, and inspection teams
Experience Required
