The Warehouse Executive for APOB and B2B Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and

efficiency of order fulfillment, stock management, and logistics coordination across multiple APOB

locations. This position demands strong organizational and analytical skills to maintain high standards of

operational excellence and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Create recommendations for APOB Location and accordingly create Consignment through Portal

{AMAZON, Myntra, Flipkart}

? Consignment Fulfillment: Maintain accuracy in processing APOB orders, ensuring that each

Consignment is fulfilled/packed/Dispatch/delivered within agreed timeframes. (TAT)

? Stock Reconciliation & Discrepancy Resolution: Conduct periodic stock audits, reconcile any

discrepancies across all APOB locations, and resolve issues promptly to maintain inventory.

? Shipment Dispatch & RTO Handling: Coordinate with logistics partners for on-time dispatch of

goods, efficiently manage returns (RTO), and oversee B2B deliveries to ensure smooth

operations.

? Reporting: Prepare MIS reports accurately and on time, supporting data-driven decision-making.

? Stock Accuracy: Ensure precise stock handling and record-keeping across multiple locations,

supporting efficient stock transfers and accurate stock recommendations.

? B2B Order Processing: Process B2B orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to consignee and

supporting any client-specific packaging, documentation, or shipment requirements.

? Record Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive and accurate B2B stock records, reconciling

them with sales and logistics data for transparency and reliability.

? KPI Tracking: Monitor and track key performance indicators such as stock accuracy, order

fulfillment timelines, and inter-location transfers to drive continuous improvement.

? Process Improvement: Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for

optimizing warehouse processes and supporting effective decision-making.

? Graduation in any stream.

? FK, AMAZON, Myntra APOB Portal knowledge must

? 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably with experience managing APOB

and B2B fulfillment.

? Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems.

? Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.

? Ability to manage operations across multiple locations, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet

deadlines.

? Ensure accurate stock management across all APOB locations.

? Achieve timely and precise fulfillment of B2B orders.

? Facilitate efficient stock transfers between various locations.

? Provide timely and accurate stock recommendations to support business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
