The Compliance Coordinator will be stationed at Corporate office. He/She plays a pivotal role in maintaining compliance requirements across PAN India warehouses. The primary purpose of this role is to establish and maintain effective communication channels with the Compliance heads/SPOC\'s at each warehouse location and implement the compliance requirements as mandated by local statutory bodies/corporate team. This person has to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to develop and enforce policies, procedures, systems, and guidelines to enhance the overall compliance requirements across all warehouses. Understanding the compliance Requirement at warehouse level & coordinate with regional/corporate compliance teams Drive company\'s Managers to meet compliance Goals Implement system for compliance management Keeping track of compliance audits and close looping of Open points. Analyze the audit results for risk factors and reporting. MIS/KPI - Collating, Publishing and driving the root cause/corrective actions. Driving Monthly PDCA Organizing and driving the recurring meetings with LSPs. Support SOP revision and creation of work instructions. LSP training co-ordination CL Data collection from warehouses Follow-up for Simpliance (or equivalent tool) updations from warehouses Track CLRA, S&E and other registrations for warehouse operating. Overtime Monitoring WH SAP ID Monitoring Educational qualification Graduation in any discipline Technology Landscape Skillset Basic knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel Preferable Power Bi tool Good in English & Hindi Communication is a must Compliance and Warehouse related field Relevant certificate in compliance. Minimum 1yr of SAP experience is mandatory. Desirable skills Basic knowledge in warehousing Minimum 1 year of Experience in similar profile Understanding of statutory regulations applicable to WHs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with diverse LSP Managers and Corporate team.
