Be the order management champion: Coordinate with partner vendors/sellers & Courier Companies to ensure that all orders reach customers safely and on time.
Follow up on calls & email with partner vendors/sellers for delayed orders
Coordinate with our delivery partners over email & phone to ensure smooth order delivery
In the case of delays/cancellations/damage, escalate the issue to customer support team so that the customer can be informed of the same.
Help our Partner Brands improve order processing & product quality by relaying quality feedback and escalating performance issues
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sending Pick Tickets to the warehouse for shipping.
Warehouse coordination on phone & emails.
Invoicing, Credit Memo & Return Authorization.
Coordination between Logistics partner, Sales Rep, Owner(s) and others.
Inventory Management.
Work Timing (No Rotation Mon to Sat) 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Prior experience of handling order processing/supply chain management cycle for major INDIAN retailers like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, etc. would be a big added advantage.
Must have excellent knowledge of EXCEL.
Very good understanding of English.
Good English is written and oral skills.
Ability to multi-task and eye for details.
Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
