The warehouse plays a vital role in ensuring every customer receives a premium, accurate, and timely Sevora experience.

Role Overview:



The Warehouse Assistant Manager will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations -- ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, timely GRC-PO inward, and effective return handling. The role requires strong leadership, system expertise, and inter-departmental coordination to maintain operational excellence and uphold Sevora's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Inventory & Stock Management



Accountable for accurate inventory and stock upkeep. Conduct periodic stock counts and audits to ensure zero stock discrepancy. Maintain real-time system updates for all inward and outward stock movements.

2. GRC-PO Inward Management



Ensure accurate Goods Receipt Confirmation (GRC) and Purchase Order (PO) inward processing. Verify product quantity and quality against purchase orders. Coordinate with the Buying and Accounts teams for inward documentation and reconciliation.

3. Warehouse System, Hygiene & Compliance



Maintain system hygiene, clean data entries, and process adherence in WMS/ERP systems. Ensure warehouse cleanliness, layout organization, and safety compliance. Maintain readiness for internal and external audits.

4. Leadership & Manpower Management



Supervise and train warehouse staff (pickers, packers, loaders, and data operators). Plan shift rosters and manage daily manpower allocation. Conduct on-the-job training for process improvement and safety standards.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch



Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatch accuracy. Ensure 100% same-day dispatch for confirmed orders within committed TAT. Maintain packaging standards aligned with Sevora's premium brand identity.

6. Logistics & Return Management



Coordinate with logistics partners for delivery scheduling, pickups, and tracking. Manage reverse logistics, return inspections, and timely stock re-entry. Ensure smooth coordination for replacement or refund processes.

7. Return Refabrication & Stock Balancing



Oversee refabrication, re-tagging, or QC of returned stock. Maintain balanced stock classification across saleable, damaged, and returned categories.

8. Reporting & MIS



Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS on stock levels, order fulfillment, and returns. Track key performance indicators and share dashboards with management. Identify process gaps and propose improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

9. Process Improvement & Cost Control



Continuously review warehouse processes for operational optimization. Implement cost-control measures while maintaining service quality. Support automation or digital initiatives for process improvement.

10. Warehouse Operations & Checklist



Execute daily warehouse opening and closing checklists. Ensure all operational SOPs, safety measures, and documentation are followed.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations (fashion/e-commerce preferred). Strong understanding of ERP/WMS platforms, barcode scanning, and Excel/Google Sheets. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail. Experience in handling audits, compliance, and vendor coordination.

Work Schedule:



Full-time on-site role based in Kolkata. 6-day working, with shift-based operational requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
