Roles and Responsibilities:
Receiving & Storage:
Unloading deliveries, inspecting items, verifying against orders, and moving stock to designated locations.
Order Fulfillment:
Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, including labeling and quality checks.
Inventory Management:
Performing cycle counts, updating logs, reporting missing/damaged items, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Equipment Operation:
Safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Warehouse Maintenance:
Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards, sweeping, and organizing shelves.
Shipping:
Loading trucks, preparing shipping documents, and tracking deliveries.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical fitness for lifting and moving heavy items.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Knowledge of safety protocols.
