To manage inward and outward logistics, maintain accurate inventory, ensure compliance with GST regulations, and support overall warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inward Logistics:
Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
Inspect goods for quality and quantity compliance.
Update stock records in ERP or inventory system.
Outward Logistics:
Prepare and dispatch goods as per delivery schedules.
Ensure proper packaging and labeling for shipments.
Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch.
E-Way Bill & GST Compliance:
Generate and manage
E-Way Bills
for all outward shipments.
Ensure compliance with
GST rules
for invoicing and documentation.
Maintain records for audit and statutory requirements.
Inventory & Store Management:
Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
Organize and store materials systematically for easy retrieval.
Monitor stock for damages, expiry, or obsolescence.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), delivery challans, invoices, and other records.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety standards.
Coordination:
Liaise with procurement, production, and sales teams for material requirements.
Communicate with vendors and transporters for smooth operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma / Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience:
1-3 years in warehouse or logistics operations.
Skills:
Knowledge of
E-Way Bill generation
and
GST compliance
.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, ERP).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
