Warehouse Assistant

Location:

Experience:

4 to 6 Years (in Supply Chain & Distribution)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and movement of goods. Ensure timely inward and outward of materials as per supply chain and distribution schedules. Support the warehouse manager in coordinating logistics and daily operational activities. Monitor inventory discrepancies and report for corrective actions. Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of products to maintain quality standards. Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and distribution teams for smooth workflow. Comply with safety, security, and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

warehouse operations, supply chain, and distribution processes

. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel)

and exposure to

ERP

preferred. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent coordination and team collaboration skills.
Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in warehouse operations within

supply chain & distribution industry
