We are seeking a diligent and organized Store Office Assistant to support the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory management, smooth inward and outward of goods, and timely packing of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Packing and labeling goods as per company standards.
Checking and maintaining inventory records.
Knowledge of working with Amazon and Flipkart Seller platforms, including managing listings, handling inbound and outbound shipments, and overseeing dispatch processes.
Managing stock levels and ensuring accurate inventory management.
Handling the inward and outward movement of goods in a timely manner.
Preparing packing lists for shipments and deliveries.
Arranging and managing packing materials as per requirements.
Coordinating with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
Graduation (any stream).
Experience:
1-2 years of relevant experience in inventory management, packing, and warehouse operations.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (preferred).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
