Job Location: Thrikkakara, Kochi

Job Responsibilites:

Supervise daily warehouse activities, inventory control, space management, logistics, Vehicle maintenance and customer service. Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention. Manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and clients to ensure efficient delivery with quality and customer satisfaction.

Inspiring and guiding the warehouse team, motivating employees, and fostering a positive work environment.

Team Management:

Assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities, and evaluating performance.

Planning & Organizing:

Creating efficient workflows, managing space, and optimizing operations.

Problem-solving:

Addressing issues promptly and effectively, such as inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or delivery delays.

Requirements

Degree in Logistics / Supply chain management or relevant field

Min of 5 years' of experience in

INVENTORY/LOGISTICS.

Male , Age Between 30 to 45 yrs, driving license.
