The Warehouse and Logistics Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the warehouse and logistics operations. This includes ensuring adherence to company values, compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and effective use of resources and software systems like ERP to maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Adherence to Company Value System
oFollow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for warehouse and logistics. oDisplay transparency in interactions with colleagues and stakeholders. oUphold and promote the organization's mission, vision, and values. oEfficiently utilize ERP software and other tools to ensure transparency and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
2.
Logistics and Inventory Management
oManage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels. oOversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse. oEnsure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. oCoordinate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement and delivery of goods.
3.
Warehouse Management
oOrganize and maintain the warehouse layout to ensure optimal storage and accessibility. oMonitor the condition of the warehouse and ensure it meets safety standards. oConduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse operations to identify and rectify discrepancies.
4.
Team Management
oSupervise and guide warehouse staff in daily operations. oProvide training and support to ensure staff adherence to SOPs and company values. oManage shift schedules and workload distribution among team members.
5.
Reporting and Documentation
oPrepare and submit regular reports on warehouse and logistics activities to the Director. oMaintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries. oEnsure all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
?Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations. ?Proficiency in ERP software and other logistics management tools. ?Excellent organizational and time-management skills. ?Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. ?Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ?Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
