Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities-
- Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings.
- Arranging post and deliveries.
- Managing day-to-day operations for e-commerce: process daily sales order, order fulfillment, inventory update, dispatching of goods, return orders, raise purchase order, new product uploads, pricing and promotions on multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Responsibility for maintaining online product pricing & plans ensuring that price changes are implemented in an accurate & timely manner.
- Work with E- commerce Product manager on all aspects of the e-Shop including sales and marketing campaigns. Build, test and deploy new campaigns.
