Job Description

We are hiring Residential Female Wardens for our Junior College campuses in Shamirpet (Co-Ed) and Hayathnagar (Girls). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining discipline, ensuring student welfare, and overseeing daily residential activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide pastoral care and supervision for residential students Maintain discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of students Oversee daily routines, including meals, attendance, and hygiene Serve as a point of contact for students during both academic terms and vacation periods Manage the wardening team and ensure compliance with campus policies

Requirements:

SSC or Intermediate qualification 1-2 years of experience in a similar residential or educational setting Must be between 25-30 years of age Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to reside on campus and work in rotational shifts if required.
