Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and take care of all boys in the home. Ensure daily routines -- waking up, hygiene, meals, school, and study time -- are followed. Maintain discipline in a kind and respectful manner. Oversee cleanliness, order, and safety of the dormitory and living areas. Coordinate with teachers, social workers, and medical staff regarding the boys' needs. Keep attendance, health, and progress records. Support extracurricular and personality development activities. Handle emergencies and report incidents promptly. Act as a mentor and role model for the boys.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum: Graduate (preferably in Social Work / Education). Experience in managing children or hostel administration preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and disciplined. Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
