Job Description

For Female Hostel: Ready to relocate : Mumbai, Food & accommodation (24 X 7), will be provided- Female preferred.

JD: Maintain discipline among hostel residents, ensuring compliance with hostel rules and regulations.

Address and resolve grievances or conflicts among residents in a prompt and fair manner.

Oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall maintenance of the hostel premises in coordination with the housekeeping agency.

Ensure the safety and security of residents, implementing necessary measures to address emergencies effectively.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, and other relevant details of hostel residents.

Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and administration regarding resident-related concerns or updates.

Conduct regular inspections of hostel facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.

Supervise the quality, timeliness, and overall functioning of the hostel mess, ensuring meal standards are met.

Assist residents with medical needs, including accompanying them for treatments and promptly notifying parents/administration during medical emergencies.

Report special requirements or concerns to the Nursing Superintendent or Administration Department.

Oversee and ensure timely completion of assigned duties and responsibilities.

Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manger / Management.

Education : Graduate / GNM with relevant experience in hospital.
