About the Role:

We are looking for a

caring, responsible, and dedicated female warden

to manage and supervise our ladies' hostel. The ideal candidate will be someone who can maintain discipline, ensure safety, and create a comfortable environment for our residents--just like a home away from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure safety, discipline, and cleanliness at all times Manage check-in/check-out and visitor logs Maintain attendance and hostel records Offer support and guidance to residents Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and management Enforce hostel rules with kindness and clarity

Requirements:

Female, aged 25 - 45 years Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate (preferred) Prior experience in hostel/PG management (preferred)

Hindi speaking is an added advantage
