Job Description

Patient Care

Conduct daily ward rounds and assess patients' clinical condition. Monitor vital signs, progress notes, investigations, and treatment plans. Ensure timely execution of consultants' orders. Respond promptly to patient complaints and clinical deterioration.
2. Clinical Duties

Assist consultants during ward rounds and procedures when required. Handle medical emergencies in wards and initiate first-line management. Coordinate transfers to ICU/OT/other departments when indicated. Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
3. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate and timely patient records, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Ensure medico-legal cases (MLC) documentation is completed as per protocol. Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and ethical medical practices.
4. Coordination & Communication

Communicate effectively with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments. Counsel patients and relatives regarding treatment progress as guided by consultants. Coordinate diagnostic tests, referrals, and inter-departmental services.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
