Monitor and manage admitted patients in assigned wards.
Conduct regular ward rounds and update patient records.
Assess patient condition and report abnormalities to consultants.
Provide immediate medical care in emergency situations.
Ensure timely execution of doctors' orders.
Maintain accurate and complete patient case sheets.
Record progress notes, treatment plans, and investigation reports.
Prepare discharge summaries and transfer notes.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and paramedical teams.
Communicate patient status clearly to patients and relatives when required.
Assist consultants during rounds and procedures.
