Provide daily nursing care to patients including hygiene, mobility assistance, and nutritional support.
Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions or side effects.
Record patient observations, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration.
Assist doctors and senior nurses during rounds, examinations, and treatments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication, post-discharge care, and general health.
Ensure infection control practices and hospital safety procedures are followed at all times.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Prepare patients for procedures, transfers, or discharge as per medical orders.
Provide emotional support to patients and families during hospitalization.
