Take care of patientsin a general or specific ward as assigned. 2. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of the patient in the wards. 3. Maintain input-output chart, bowel-bladder functions as well asthose of mouth, ears, eyes, etc. 4. Look out for and take care of ulcers. 5. Understand the symptoms of Infectious diseases, poisoning and drug alcohol reactions. 6. Monitor administration of drugs, understand their reactions and symptoms as well as allergies caused by them and medication to counteract them. 7. Use central line for monitoring blood pressure. 8. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient's response and conditions. 9. Monitor all aspect of patient care, including diet and physical activity. 10. Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions. 11. Visit patients frequently to ensure that proper nursing care is provided. 12. Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments. 13. Prepare rooms,sterile equipment and supplies, and ensure thatstock of supplies is maintained. 14. Provide health care, first aid immunizations and assistance in convalescence and rehabilitation. 15. Administer emergency or preliminary treatment to monitor bleeding, fall in blood pressure or temperature, etc. 16. Understand and attend to patients in varying stages of consciousness accordingly. 17. Prevent bed sores by changing the sides of the patient on frequent intervals. Help patient to remain fresh and clean and change clothing. 18. Administer injections, enemas and other anesthetics, etc. 19. Counsel patients and their relatives and answer their queries and address their anxiety. 20. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans. 21. Assess the needs of individuals, families including assessment of individual's home and/or work environments to identify potential health or safety problems. 22. Conduct specified laboratory tests. 23. Direct and supervise health care personnel, or supervise a particular unit on one shift. 24. Instruct individuals, families and other groups on topics such as health education and disease prevention. 25. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the ward
