To support and manage nursing staff within the ward area ensuring that patient needs are assessed, care planned, implemented and evaluated
Contribute, as part of the disciplinary team, to the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, standards and protocols of the Ward.
Assess patient care and ensure maintenance of standards of care given to patients and their families. To be responsible for the control and monitoring of the ward ensuring provision of a high quality and cost effective service
Maintenance of cleanliness in the rooms and toilets of the ward area.
o Maintain patient details in EMR
