Minimum 3 years as a Staff Nurse (Hospital Experience Mandatory)

Qualification:

B.Sc / GNM Nursing - KNC Registration Mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities in the ward. Ensure patient care, safety, and comfort at all times. Allocate duties to nursing staff and monitor performance. Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation. Manage ward supplies, equipment, and cleanliness. Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection control, and nursing standards. Act as the point of contact for doctors, patients, and attendants regarding ward concerns. Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and guide staff. Train, mentor, and evaluate junior nursing staff. Handle emergency situations effectively in coordination with doctors and departments.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent patient care and communication abilities. Knowledge of hospital protocols and infection control measures. Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure. Good organizational and multitasking skills.
