Job Description

Patient Care

1. Assist nurses and doctors with patient care activities.

2. Help patients with mobility, transfers, or walking.

3. Escort patients to different departments for tests or procedures.

Ward Maintenance

1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the ward.

2. Restock supplies and linens.

3. Dispose of waste and sharps properly.

Support Staff

1. Assist with transporting patients to other departments.

2. Help with serving meals and drinks.

3. Provide general support to nurses and doctors.

Communication

1. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.

2. Relay messages or instructions from nurses or doctors.

Safety and Security

1. Ensure patient safety and security.

2. Report any incidents or concerns to nurses or doctors.

Other Tasks

1. Answer phone calls and respond to queries.

2. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
