To handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, provide information to patients and attendants, fix appointments, follow up on patient queries, and support smooth communication between patients and the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors' availability, OP timings, and procedures.
Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
Register patient details in the hospital software accurately.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure proper communication.
Handle patient inquiries politely and resolve issues or escalate them to the concerned department.
Maintain call records, patient details, and follow-up status.
Assist in promoting hospital health check-up packages, camps, and awareness programs over the phone.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum: Any Degree / Diploma
Good communication skills in Tamil & English (knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Hospital Management Software).
Prior experience in telecalling or customer care (healthcare/hospital experience preferred).
Skills Required:
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Active listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Patient-friendly and polite attitude.
