WANTED - LINE SUPERVISOR (GARMENTS INDUSTRY)

We are looking for an experienced Line Supervisor for our garment manufacturing unit. The candidate should be able to handle production lines efficiently and ensure quality output.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise stitching line and tailors
Ensure daily production targets are achieved
Monitor quality at each stage of production
Coordinate with cutting, stitching, and finishing sections
Reduce rework, alterations, and wastage
Maintain discipline and smooth workflow on the production floor
Requirements
Minimum 2-5 years experience as Line Supervisor in a garment factory
Good knowledge of stitching operations and garment construction
Experience in uniforms / scrubs / bulk production preferred
Ability to handle tailors and meet deadlines
Basic record keeping and reporting skills
Salary
18,000 - ?30,000 per month
(Salary will be based on experience and skill)
