Location - anywhere in TN,AP,KA Position : Pipe Zonal Manager for South Zone ( States to be handled - TN, KL, AP, KA, Telangana ).
Experience : 10 to 15 years ( Candidate should be Plumbing or Agri pipe Industry )

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced State Lead to oversee sales and business
operations South Zone . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Pipe Industry
and a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing teams, and
building strategic partnerships.Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Drive state-level sales and achieve business targets for Pipe products.
Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and manage key
accounts.
Market Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement state-specific sales and marketing strategies.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer
needs.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
Set performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and provide training and
support.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with distributors, channel partners, and secondary sales channels to
drive growth.
Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely
delivery and service.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
