Wanted Quality Manager

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts, ensuring precision and excellence in machining and mechanical components. The ideal candidate will oversee inspections, maintain meticulous records, and apply problem-solving expertise in manufacturing processes. Additionally, they will serve as the Management Representative (MR) for Quality Management Systems (QMS) and certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Assurance & Inspection: Oversee inspections of machining and mechanical components to ensure adherence to specifications.

- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, audits, and corrective actions.

- Problem-Solving: Apply analytical skills to resolve quality-related issues in machining and mechanical components.

- Engineering Drawings & Metallurgy: Interpret engineering drawings and apply basic metallurgy principles to quality assessments.

- QMS & Certifications: Act as the Management Representative (MR) for QMS, ensuring compliance with ISO and other relevant certifications.

- Internal Auditing: Conduct internal audits to uphold quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

### Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience in quality control within machining and mechanical manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, material properties, and inspection techniques.

- Expertise in QMS implementation and certification processes.

- Experience in internal auditing is an advantage.

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and leadership skills.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
