Job description Take complete responsibility of the daily operations of the business and services
Allocate the team members for the periodic visits
Convince and explain the services to new clients
Maintain the relationship with clients
Motivate the team members on a continuous basis so their job satisfaction is always high
Creating monthly/weekly reports.
Managing the emergency situations and on call services properly without any delays
Co-ordination with the team members and the clients for quality services during emergencies
Providing value added services to the clients
New initiative and other project development support
.Good knowledge in manpower backupEligibility2-4 Yrs of experience in Hospitality Field
