Patient Care:

Address patient concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Oversee the administration of medications and treatments as per prescribed guidelines.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular audits to assess the quality of patient care services.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement within the nursing department.
Staff Development:
Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new developments in healthcare.
Facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities for the nursing team.
Encourage a collaborative and supportive work environment to foster staff engagement and retention.
Communication and Collaboration:
Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, administration, and other departments.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure their needs are met.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualification:
Diploma / BSc Nursing with 10 years of Clinical experiene
