We are looking for passionate and responsible Electrical and Mechanical Engineers to join our technical team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling equipment breakdowns, assisting in maintenance activities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all machinery and systems. Candidates are expected to collaborate with senior staff, work under guidance, and maintain a positive and understanding attitude in all technical operations.

This role is open to both freshers looking to start their engineering careers and experienced professionals aiming to enhance their technical expertise in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and resolve electrical and mechanical equipment breakdowns. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and systems. Collaborate with senior engineers and technical supervisors for troubleshooting and performance improvement. Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment. Maintain maintenance records, service schedules, and equipment documentation. Ensure adherence to company safety standards and operational procedures. Work effectively within a team, demonstrating understanding and coordination in all tasks.
For Electrical Engineers:

Diagnose faults in electrical systems and perform root cause analysis. Handle wiring, control panels, switchgear, and motor-related issues. Monitor power distribution and ensure electrical safety compliance. Assist in energy management and optimization activities.
For Mechanical Engineers:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components and systems. Oversee equipment alignment, lubrication, and part replacement. Participate in mechanical design improvements and performance upgrades. Support fabrication, assembly, and quality checks of mechanical units.
Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Basic understanding of industrial equipment and maintenance practices. Good communication skills and a teamwork-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt under guidance from senior professionals.
