Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a hospital setting is mandatory.
Experience in handling patient care, coordination, and billing is essential.
Language Requirement:
Must speak fluent Tamil.
Knowledge of English and other regional languages will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Welcome patients, attendants, and visitors courteously and provide necessary assistance.
Ensure patients are guided throughout the hospital for consultations, diagnostics, admissions, and discharge.
Address patient needs, concerns, and escalate any issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Assist patients in understanding the billing process, provide clarifications, and coordinate with the billing department.
Ensure timely and accurate billing for patients and resolve billing discrepancies.
Monitor patient feedback and work on service improvements.
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure smooth communication between patient, family, and hospital staff.
Supervise patient care experience, particularly in OPD, IPD, and billing counters.
Maintain proper records of patient interactions, complaints, and follow-ups.
Support in managing VIP patients and special cases as directed by the management.
