Design and develop creative materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, newsletters, advertisements, and other hospital communication materials.
Create digital graphics for social media, website, email campaigns, and patient information portals.
Ensure all designs align with the hospital's brand guidelines, tone, and objectives.
Collaborate with doctors, management, and the marketing team to understand design requirements for awareness programs, health camps, and events.
Design internal communication materials such as notice boards, training manuals, and staff engagement posters.
Support video editing, presentations, and multimedia projects when required.
Manage printing coordination with vendors and ensure high-quality output.
Stay updated with design trends, healthcare branding standards, and patient-centric communication practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years preferred) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in healthcare, corporate, or marketing environments.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva, etc.
Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro/After Effects) will be an added advantage.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate medical/technical concepts into simple visual communication.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
