Job Description

Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front office calendar. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist in handling basic inquiries and provide information about company services. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure. Professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
