Job Description

A telecalling executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales, and providing customer service. They work in a call center and use persuasion skills to sell a company's products or services. Responsibilities Generate leads: Use cold calling and other methods to identify potential customers Qualify prospects: Understand the needs of potential customers Promote products and services: Present products and services to potential customers Close sales: Meet or exceed sales targets Provide customer service: Address customer inquiries and complaints Follow up with customers: Ensure customer satisfaction Maintain records: Keep records of sales, calls, and customer interactions Adhere to guidelines: Follow telemarketing scripts and compliance guidelines Stay knowledgeable: Stay up to date on the company's products and services Skills Excellent communication skills Ability to start and maintain meaningful conversations Superior people skills Comfortable presenting products or services over the phone Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar role Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
