Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote bike service offerings
Handle inbound queries related to service bookings, pricing, and availability
Schedule appointments and follow up with customers for feedback
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth operations
Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the concerned department
Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in Tamil and English
Basic computer knowledge (CRM or Excel preferred)
Ability to handle customer objections and build rapport
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
