Job Description

We are looking for a

warm, responsible, and nurturing female daycare teacher

to care for and engage children in a safe, stimulating environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with young children, especially those between the ages of

6 months to 4 years

, and committed to their

early development and emotional well-being

.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and care for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers during daycare hours Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support growth and learning Ensure safety, cleanliness, and hygiene in the daycare environment Feed, assist and attend to the basic needs of young children Observe and report any developmental concerns to the supervisor or parents Maintain daily records of each child's activities, meals, and rest times Communicate gently and effectively with both children and parents Encourage social, emotional, and language development through play and conversation Follow daycare policies and health protocols Assist in organizing nap schedules, snack times, and indoor/outdoor play

Desired Qualities & Skills:

Patience, empathy, and affection for young children Basic understanding of child development stages Good communication and soft-spoken behavior Ability to manage small groups of children with care and structure Flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude Knowledge of first aid (preferred)

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
