Job Description

Core Responsibilities:-

Patient Assessment:

Regularly monitor patients' conditions, assess their health needs, and document changes.

Medication & Treatments:

Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and dressings, and monitor for any adverse reactions.

Direct Patient Care:

Perform general personal care, assist with daily activities, and manage personal hygiene for patients.

Collaboration:

Work with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop, coordinate, and oversee comprehensive care plans.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and ensure proper documentation of all care provided.
Education: B.Sc nursing or GNM with registration,

Experience: minimum 1yr maximum 10yrs
