Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

English Trainer

to deliver high-quality language instruction to learners across various proficiency levels. The ideal candidate will design engaging lessons, assess student progress, and foster a supportive learning environment that promotes fluency in speaking, writing, reading, and listening.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

customized lesson plans and instructional materials.

Conduct interactive sessions

for individuals and groups, both online and in-person.

Assess language proficiency

and track student progress through regular evaluations.

Provide constructive feedback

and personalized support to learners.

Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere.

Stay updated with

modern teaching methodologies

and digital learning tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field. Certification in TEFL/TESOL/CELTA preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of teaching or training experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools.

Desired Skills:

Strong command of English grammar and usage. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learner needs. Creative lesson planning and classroom management. Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for language education.
