Key Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential customers.
Introduce and explain company products/services.
Generate qualified leads and pass them on to the sales team.
Follow call scripts, handle objections, and maintain professionalism.
Record customer details, conversations, and feedback in CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets.
Build rapport with prospects for long-term engagement.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months - 2 years
' experience in telecalling / cold calling / lead generation (freshers with good communication may also apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in
Hindi and English
(regional languages are a plus).
Strong convincing power and confidence to handle rejections.
Target-driven and motivated to earn incentives.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
