>Deliver Chemistry lessons to students of grades Grade 9th and 10th IIT

? Prepare, plan, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and educational standards.

? Assess students' progress through formative and summative assessments

? Create a positive and conducive learning environment.

? Provide constructive feedback and support to students for academic improvement.

? Develop and maintain effective classroom management strategies.

? Organize and participate in school activities - academic and beyond academic, events, and meetings.

? Incorporate multimedia, technology, and modern teaching methods to make learning engaging.

? Provide mentorship and guidance to students regarding their academic and excel in board exams

? Maintain accurate records of students' performance, attendance, and behavior.

? Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to ensure the success of students.

? Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in teaching Chemistry.

? Understand the systems of the school and adapt accordingly.

? Make use of the professional development opportunities effectively and contribute efficiently during subject meetings to upgrade Chemistry skills in students.

? Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (B.A) & Master's degree

? B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is required.

? In-depth knowledge of the Chemistry curriculum and related subjects.

? Proficiency in using educational technology tools for teaching.

? Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

? Passionate about teaching and helping students succeed.

? Ability to motivate and inspire students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
